achizitioneze \u201eCentrala termica pe curent electric\u201d  <strong>prin Sistemul Electronic de Achizitii Publice (SEAP) prin \u201eCumparare directa \u201d, cod CPV 39715210-2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedura de achizitie aplicata este Cumparare directa conform dispozitiilor art 113 din Legea nr 98\/2016 si a Normelor metodologice de aplicare a prevederilor referitoare la atribuirea contractelor de achiztii publice -Hotararea nr 395\/2016.<\/p>\n<p>Se solicit\u0103 oferte de la operatori economici \u00eenregistra\u0163i \u00een Sistemul Electronic de Achizi\u0163ii Publice (SEAP), care pot s\u0103 furnizeze produse  conform cerintelor din caietul de sarcini .<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La elaborarea ofertelor se va avea \u00een vedere cuprinderea tuturor specifica\u0163iilor, caracteristicilor tehnice\/dimensiunilor\/datelor privind calitatea materialelor, etc., men\u0163ionate \u00een caietul de sarcini.<\/p>\n<p>Ofertele care nu vor respecta specifica\u0163iile (caracteristicile) tehnice\/dimensiunile\/datele privind calitatea materialelor, etc., men\u0163ionate \u00een caietul de sarcini \u015fi schi\u0163ele de  mai jos, vor fi declarate respinse. <\/p>\n<p>Pre\u0163ul ofertat va include toate cheltuielile inclusiv cu transportul, cu m\u0103sur\u0103tori manopera, cheltuieli indirecte, profit, etc. <\/p>\n<p>Criteriul de atribuire este pre\u0163ul cel mai sc\u0103zut.<br \/>\n<strong>Achizi\u0163ia va fi f\u0103cut\u0103 din catalogul electronic din SEAP <\/strong><br \/>\nContractantul are obliga\u0163ia de a asigura garan\u0163ia produselor ofertate pentru perioada specificat\u0103 .<br \/>\nPerioada de garan\u0163ie \u00eencepe dup\u0103 semnarea procesului verbal de punere in functiune a produselor.
